There are 3 large bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. There is also a closed reading room, a futon in the family room and 2 floor twin mattresses that can be used in any room.

Room Details
Living Spaces
The main level is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of an open area with a large kitchen with island, a living room with fireplace and a dining table. There is a family room on the lower level and a closed reading room on the upper floor.
Bathrooms Details
There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath on the main level. The bathroom on the upper level has a large freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. The one on the lower level has 2 vanities, a shower-bath combo and a washer and dryer.

Services included
Heating, propane (range, fireplace and bbq), electricity, Internet, Netflix and Spotify are included in the rental price. There is no fixed telephone line on site, but the cellular network works very well.
Bathroom Essentials
Bathroom towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, magnifying mirror, laundry detergent, toilet paper and kleenex, as well as an iron and iron board.
Bedroom Essentials
All the bed linen is included. There are many pillows, luxurious linens, extra warm duvets as well as pillow and mattress protectors. Additional linen and pillows can be found in the wardrobes.
Kitchen Essentials
Plate & bowls, utensils, knives, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, pots, pans, crock-pot, baking pans, baking utensils, strainer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and towels.
Breakfast & Condiments
You'll have coffee with filters, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal sachets, salt & pepper, vegetable oil and some spices (paprika, origan, montreal steak spices and pepper flakes). There is also mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise.
Children
There is a booster seat that can be used on any chair, place mats, plastic cups, as well as some story books, crayons and a colouring book. Every bed has a waterproof mattress protector. Please note that there are no safety gates.
Fireplace & Air Conditioning
There is a gas fireplace in the main living room. No need to chop wood, you can activate the flame by the press of a button. There is an air conditioning wall unit in the main open area and in the bedroom on the 3rd floor.
Electronic Devices
There are two smart HD televisions with Netflix and Spotify already logged in (you don't need an account). There is also a bluetooth speaker, some board games and books in French and English.
Outdoor furniture
During the summer months, there is a barbecue (with accessories and propane tank), a large dining table, lounger chairs and umbrellas, a fireplace area and some outdoor games, including mini-soccer nets.
Rules & Safety
Cleaning & Sanitizing
The cleaning in between guests is carried out by a professional team. The products used to disinfect are safe and effective. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about this matter.
Party, Guests & Smoking
No party will be tolerated. You can not receive surprise guests without prior agreement. At all times, you must not make excessive noise or create disturbances that could bother neighbors. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and gazebo.
Security
The fire extinguisher is located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. A carbon monoxide and natural gas detector, is plugged into a socket near the living room. Smoke detectors are installed on each floor and are checked on a yearly basis.
Water Management
Tap water is drinkable and tested on a regular basis. You must use the water in an ecoresponsible way, avoiding to let it flow unnecessarily. In order to protect septic tank, do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilets and sinks.
Pet Policy
Your dogs are welcomed at the cottage! There are two stainless steel bowls in the kitchen, some towels (the blue ones) and poop bags. No pet will be allowed on couches or beds, and must not be left unattended unless in a crate. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
Parking & Snow Removal
You can park up to 6 cars in the driveway. A snow removal company will blow snow from the parking lot after a storm (more than 2 in. of snow). Two shovels will be at your disposal at the cottage to clear the emergency exits and around your cars.
Waste Management
You must sort the waste that you generate in a responsible manner. No trash should be left outside. No waste should be thrown into sinks and toilets.
Outdoor fire
You are only allowed to make a fire in the closed fireplace in its designated area. The fireplace must not be moved. You will have some logs and firestarters available at the cottage.
Noise potential
Please note that the road located at the bottom of the mountain can be noisy at certain periods of the year. You won’t hear it at all when inside the house.
